Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by BestSmoke , . Contact: info@bestsmoke.co.uk.

1. Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to use this website and to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over. We may cancel any order where we are not satisfied the buyer is 18 or over, and the courier may require photo ID on delivery.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT and delivery. Payment is by direct bank transfer using the details we email you after you order. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days.

4. Quantity limits

Products can be bought by the carton or, where offered, as single packs with a minimum of 5 packs per product. Orders are limited to 10 cartons and 50 single packs per product.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations and returns

See our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
