Delivery information

Delivery is free on every order to any address in the United Kingdom.

When we dispatch

Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer has cleared, usually within 1 working day. We email you a tracking number when your parcel leaves us.

Age check on delivery

Parcels contain age-restricted products. They must be received by an adult aged 18 or over, and the courier may ask for photo ID. Parcels will not be handed to anyone under 18 or left in a safe place.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@bestsmoke.co.uk with your order number.
