What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone, delivery address and date of birth. Your date of birth is used only to check you are 18 or over. We also record the IP address used to place the order to help prevent fraud.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to comply with age-restriction law, to contact you about your order, and to meet our accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Our delivery courier (name, address and phone), and service providers who host this website and send our emails. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Back-in-stock email requests are deleted after the alert is sent.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@bestsmoke.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
