How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to any UK address.
How do I pay?
We accept direct bank transfer. After you place your order we email you our bank details (account name, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) and your payment reference. Your order is dispatched once the payment has arrived.
What reference should I use for the bank transfer?
Use your order number, shown on the order confirmation page and in your email. It lets us match your payment to your order quickly.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your bank transfer has cleared — usually within 1 working day of the payment arriving. We email you the tracking number when it leaves us.
What is in a carton?
A carton contains 10 packs of 20 cigarettes — 200 cigarettes in total — unless the product page says otherwise.
Can I buy single packs?
Yes. Most products can also be bought as single packs, with a minimum of 5 packs per product. Choose "Single packs" on the product page.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. We only sell to adults aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth at checkout, and the courier may ask for photo ID on delivery. Parcels are not left with anyone under 18.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to UK addresses only.
What happens if I don't pay?
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a few days, and any reserved stock is released. You can simply place a new order later.
A product is out of stock. Will it come back?
Use "Email me when in stock" on the product page and we'll send you one email as soon as it is available.
How do I check my order?
Use the link in your order email, or the Track your order page with your order number and email address.
