Age verification policy

It is illegal to sell tobacco products to anyone under 18 in the UK. BestSmoke sells to adults aged 18 and over only.

Our checks

Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or over before entering the website. Visitors who say they are under 18 cannot access the shop.

Every order requires the customer’s date of birth, and orders where the customer is under 18 cannot be placed.

Parcels must be received by an adult. Couriers may ask for photo ID and will not hand parcels to anyone who appears under 18 without it.

We may ask for further proof of age and cancel any order where we are not satisfied the buyer is an adult.
