Returns and cancellations

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@bestsmoke.co.uk with your order number. Any payment you have made is refunded in full to the account it came from.

After delivery

For health and hygiene reasons, tobacco products can only be returned if the carton or pack is unopened and its seals are intact. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund it.
